The questions we are asked most
Are the workshops suitable for beginners?
Yes. Grey Art workshops are designed for complete beginners, and all necessary art materials are supplied.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, Grey Art ships across South Africa. Free shipping applies on orders above R2,000.
Can I collect my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes. Local collection is available from Rietondale Tennis Club, weekdays 08:00–16:30. The exact address is shared once your order is confirmed with payment.
What's your returns policy?
Ordinary products can be returned within 3 days (commissions cannot be returned). Grey Art covers return shipping when a return is valid.
How quickly will I hear back after an enquiry?
Grey Art normally responds to enquiries within 24 hours.
Can I book a private or corporate workshop?
Yes. Private workshops are available from one person, and corporate sessions from 6 to 100 people, anywhere in South Africa. Please enquire at least 5 days in advance.
